Decent pizza if your looking to try something different but they need some work on waiting on a bigger group they seem lost on what to do and the management didn't seem to care about making things go a little quicker so my advice if your going in with a big group dont go hungry cause you will be waiting awhile but after it was all said and done the food isn't bad

Loved it!! My aunt had a ribeye sandwich with mozzarella &I had pizza--- great!! Pizza with super thin crackly crust, her sandwich was seasoned and great tasting. Alot of variety of sandwiches and great pizza. It wasn't loud, I didn't have to scream to be heard over the tv/bartender. If you want great pizza/sandwich and a beer in a quiet place, I found it SAMMY'S in Bourbonnais, they also deliver!!

Pizza was thin, good, crisp, and of high quality. Location exterior and interior look dated. Service is acceptable. This is a good place to catch a game.

Good stuff. Not a full 5 but pretty good. Worth going. And they have daily specials.

Never again will i order anything from this pizza place. There thin crust is nasy ,over cooked wings . I have been to Sammys on many.occassions idk what.going on.but.your quality has gone down when quality goes so does the customer.. cya

Great food and wonderful curbside service

I am very allergic to garlic. The waiter checked with the chef on several items I thought would be safe. Finally he told me every meat, fish, and shellfish item (essentially all proteins) were already seasoned with garlic. I finally asked if the waiter would direct the chef to make something safe for me, whatever it was. At that point they came through, found a steak in the cooler which was unseasoned and I had a good dinner with my friend. But those first fifteen or twenty minutes were very stressful.

Everything is always good here. It's just fact.

Great food and service

Problems from the very beginning. I ordered from Grubhub only to find out Sammys doesn’t use Grubhub! So I ended up waiting an hour and a half for my 30 minute meal. Then when the fried cauliflower and tough guy egg rolls got here, I was expecting hot, crispy egg rolls and crunchy cauliflower. Nope. The egg rolls were awful, so soggy they fall apart in your hands. Couldn’t eat them. Same with the cauliflower. Mushy and cold. Couldn’t eat it. I will never go to or order from Sammys again.

First visit, saw the sign on RT. 45, very clean, had the half and half pasta, excellent and large portion. Jennifer our server was awesome and made sure that we had a truly wonderful dining experience.

BEST thin crust pizza EVER. Killer choc cheese cake to die for...YUM! Great paired red wine. Waitress was wonderful.

Wasn’t very happy. Was seated quickly but ended up leaving after ten minutes due to not even getting our drinks or even waited on.

Very disappointed for my first time ordering from here I live in kankakee it was hard and not even hot I understand it came from bourbonnais crust was hard but was hungry so did my best to eat it without my teeth I guess it had extra cheese skimppy on the sausage.in my opinion not worth my $50 I spent never had a problem from kankakee store

Excellent pizzas and sandwiches

Found long hair baked into my pizza I ordered for delivery called and they wouldn’t even refund me they wanted to send me a new pizza uh no I don’t want a new pizza after that... basically spent $40 on a pizza with hair in it and the manager wouldn’t even refund me my money!!! Very unprofessional business!! Will not be ordering again...

Our wait wasn't to long. The mushrooms were good. Our pizza was good to. We'll return there again sometime..

Very best pizza in town! Breadsticks were excellent and the service was very good! We'll be back!!

The food was fantastic. The wings, pretzels and cheese, cheese ravioli, mama's salad and chicken fingers were all a hit. Draft beers were 4.75, not crazy about those prices, but it was a nice atmosphere and really has a nice patio area. If you're not a local though, this place is really hard to find. We drove past it three times.

First time ordering from the bourbonnais location and the service was horrible. Ordered at 5:35 online and said 6:10-6:20 pick up, everything was ready except wings that for some reason took until 7:15! When we got the food home, part of the order was made wrong, will never order from there again!!

Thay need a better area for pickup orders

6 pics attached**** Where to start. Family of 5 we ordered a cheese pizza. It was awful and burnt. The three children wouldn't eat. The bathrooms are gross so I took pictures. The bill was high for bad food and a restaurant not kept clean. We won't go back. First bad review for the area. We still tipped 20% because the servers seem nice and came back for checkins. Odd place, bad food. The bar tender this past weekend was talking bad about a friend who is opening there own restaurant and saying they would fail. I don't get it. Yikes

Great place for pizza. The pizza is very good. Plenty of parking, nights and weekends they are very busy.

Very disappointed. Not even close to the original Sammy's. Sauce was plain and the dough was plain. Service was good.

Awesome pizza gotta get the "American"

I was very unhappy with my recent visit today, the service was the worst I have ever received out of any establishment, I received the wrong pizza, that happened to be also burnt, and they put in for a new pizza that topped the last by appearing severely undercooked, we asked for a refill and our server forgot and we had to ask her once again taking roughly 20 minutes while to note we were her only customer and when asked for a box for are UNEATEN pizza we received a salad box, instead of a to go box for are untouched pizza. Also making my visit unpleasant was that the server had a very unlawfulling expression making the environment unenjoyable. I’m not sure if I will be back, I love Sammy’s but that experience really skewed my likeness of the place

Sammy's Pizza is the best pizza in the entire Chicagoland area. They do a Chicago style thin crust pizza not that giant ball of dough like traditional Chicago Pizza. They have a pizza called the tough guy and I truly believe it's the best pizza I've ever had in my life. The owner is cool and the servers are pretty good.

Great food! We enjoyed a Reuben and a steak sandwich. Sides chosen were a salad and sidewinder fries. Stephanie was an attentive waitress to our group of 13

We ordered Sunday dinner. My son ordered the steak salad medium rare it was well done. The pizza had no flavor it was dry we couldn’t even eat it. Spent almost 100 for everyone the only thing good were my grand kids burgers. One and done for us
